1. Merchant of Record Notice (Paddle.com)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, sales tax, and VAT invoicing globally.
2. Digital Deliverables & License Scope
Upon completing checkout for the $19 Studio & Credits Pass, $49 AI Gateway Blueprint, or $499/yr Pro FinOps Suite, your license key is activated immediately in-browser via callback and emailed via Paddle receipt. You are granted a non-exclusive commercial license to deploy the generated TypeScript gateway code, `CLAUDE.md` rules, and MCP configurations inside your own or your clients' software projects.
3. 14-Day Refund & Satisfaction Policy
In accordance with Paddle buyer protection standards, if a technical defect prevents you from accessing your digital deliverables or if a sponsored B2B placement cannot be fulfilled, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@etuki.com or directly through your Paddle receipt link.
4. Telemetry Disclaimer
While Etuki.com synchronizes pricing, context cliffs, and latency metrics every 30 minutes from upstream API registries, cloud and AI vendors may modify their billing terms at any time. Always verify final production rate limits in the respective vendor's official console.
